When we visited Avigliano, the birthplace of my grandparents in Italy, we were taken to this secluded restaurant called Petra di Sale, or the Rock of Salt. They make or grow everything they serve, from the burrata to the balsamic. The painting is of the dessert we enjoyed at the end of our long lunch.
